Consultant conducted 360 feedback interviews and determined that Client was perceived to be extremely domineering and inflexible in his opinions and was inadvertently shutting down critical input from those around him, especially subordinates. Consultant worked with Client over a six-month engagement to soften his style and open up more productive dialogue with his subordinates and others.
Result: Client successfully made the appropriate adjustments to his behavioral style and is now in line for a promotion.
A financial services company hired us to help a senior executive whose career had stalled, despite the fact that her manager felt she had high potential. Consultant conducted assessment work to identify the specific issues that were getting in the executive’s way.
