Overview
Jennifer Winn is a seasoned leadership thought-partner, coach, facilitator and talent consultant who specializes in helping people understand and amplify their unique strengths while building their ability to influence and collaborate with others.
She founded Winn Performance Partners LLC in 1998 after serving in leadership roles in the finance and management consulting industries, where she was known for quickly developing strong, trusting relationships, whether with clients, colleagues or other key players.
Jennifer’s approach is holistic, business-savvy, and pragmatic. She blends research-backed approaches with practical expertise informed by 20+ years of working with hundreds of executives and their teams.
Jennifer holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and her client list includes companies such as Google, Symantec, Intuit, Agilent, eBay, Williams-Sonoma, Gap, Adobe, Kaiser Permanente, Visa, Stanford University, and many others.

Background
Prior to forming Winn Performance Partners, Jennifer worked in marketing and business development for Hewitt Associates, Charles Schwab, and Foote, Cone & Belding; and worked in finance for First Boston in New York.
In addition to her business experience, she was a professional actor and singer, performing in stage, film, radio and TV productions. Jennifer draws upon her theatrical training to quickly understand people, help them strengthen their presentation and communication skills, and to enhance their ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Certifications
Jennifer has a commitment to finding the best tools and techniques that move the needle for leaders and their teams. As a result she has been trained or certified in more than 30 tools so that she can bring the right tool for the right situation to get the results needed.
